I am so sick of my blog.
I am totally uninspired by it. However, I love everyone else's blog. This is a theme. I feel bad about complaining about it, therefore giving you the previous warning. I am always copying what I love about everyone else's blogs but never love what I do on my own....
Case in point - the new blog from one Steph
Awesome! Another blog for me to like more than my own. I sound SO WHINY.
So here's the thing.
I need to either start liking....or stop doing it.
Because I feel guilty when I don't do it, instead of enjoying it.
I hate mine when I enjoy reading others, etc.
So how do I fix it? Do I need to try and do some every day? What?
I am thinking about moving this ship to Wordpress...the platform Steph uses, maybe starting over? Blogspot seems so slow sometimes....
Who knows.

1) steal with pride. If you like stuff other bloggers are doing, do it. There's no such thing as a brand new idea anymore, except for our idea for dads blog.
2) you should come to mpls, wherenate and I are currently white boarding my blog because I am mad hating on mine recently. We could kill two blogs...er, birds with one stone!!
3) thematics make blogging easier. So maybe a "from the mouth of finnegan Friday" post. That is always one post you can plan for, bank cute shit he says,etc. Those things relieve the pressure when you have nothing to blog about.

Don't stop. We are always most critical of ourselves. Greta is right about others ideas, it is inspiration for you not stealing. You may think the blog has issues but it offers so many people a glimps into your life and what is going on. I think I can speak for the masses and say we truly enjoy tuning in to see whats up, sort of like waiting for Ozzie and Harriet. They all don't need to win the Bloggie of the year trophy don't ya know...
