Those that are still checking in on me.
I am not even going to start making promises for more this time.
I need to survive the next 6 weeks.
If I can do that!
Then we shall see.
I would think that blogging SHOULD be more therapeutic, maybe it will be....to get me through this stressful time.
But I'm not promising anything!

Things I Found on a Beach

Today was beautiful in Chicago.
We went to the beach.
There are things you expect to find on the beach.
Like seagull feathers.
There are things you are sad to find. Like many many butterfly corpses. Beautiful still.

And I guess, sadly, you might expect to find some trash.
BUT you probably would never guess that you would see this....

Yes that is a whole ear of corn. Found washed up on a beach.
I love how random life can be.

10 Honest things about myself

My deodorant doesn't seem to be working these days. What's up with that?
I wish I could be more open and honest here and in other places about all of the feelings, good and bad I experience with my work, but don't because I am sure that my co-workers probably read this and I feel weird about it.
Every single day I worry that the people I care about most don't know just HOW MUCH I love and care about them.
I hate that I bite my nails but I do it when I'm stressed.....so........
One of my life's greatest joys is picking out a new book to read.
I worry about getting shot or in a fatal car accident more than I probably should.
I have names picked out for my unborn children. And they're weird.
Something I am looking forward to doing is cleaning out my closet. WHOA. I know.
I lack patience in the most random times. And they are almost never times when I should be impatient.
I get jealous of my sister's friends/friend's friends because they get to spend more time with them.

Coming up tomorrow how I was able to COMBAT all of that eating by finishing up my August running challenge last week.
